    Its a reference to the current state of the world:

    Older generations making the “Big Deal” taking a 9/9 (Oil, Rainforest and so on) for 0 and let the next generation pay for it.

    This card would be espescially usefull playing against your grandchild.

    this card is probably like an unhinged card and effects other games so the next game that your grandkid plays will be lost.
